Emily h woke up this morning without hot water. Called reliance after lunch for service and was given a time of 4-8. Technician was here at 4:30. Asad replaced a couple of parts and we had hot water!! asad was polite and adhered to covid protocol - wore shoe coverings, mask and gloves. Very quick service and would highly recommend! jimmy l the onsite installer (mr. Dustin) arrived on time and really know what he was doing. The entire new on demand hot water tank job was done in less than half a day and i was really happy with his job and it also make my day go by stress free as well.
